Alterations

Alterations can be necessary to perfect the fit for you. If your garments need tweaking to get them fitting perfectly. If your garment needs adjustments upon your final fitting, Andre' Julius will cover the cost of alterations to ensure that the first time you use your custom garments, they fit like a glove. If you gain or lose weight at any point after the final fitting, Andre' Julius will provide reimbursement for local tailoring up to 100%.

It is the customer’s responsibility to send proof of receipt to Andre Julius Customer Experience at info@andrejulius.com within 30 days of the alterations being performed to receive your reimbursement. Once the receipt is sent to our team, it may take up to 5 days to process the issuance of reimbursement. s.
